Burugu A. passed away

Written by

In January 2025, our dear brother Burugu passed away, at the age of 68.

Brother Burugu served the orphans and the poor. He was, together with his wife Nagarathnam and sometimes his son Ravi, one of the first workers of the CPMI ministry in India. He worked in the ministry's aims, which include preaching the gospel, praying, prophecying, teaching the Word of God, healing the sick, caring about poor people, spreading the Bible, and doing more of the other work of the Lord.

"We were in contact from July 2020, and for about the last three or four years, he was the servant of the Lord in the CPMI ministry, doing a lot of work for the poor people, spreading the Bible among the tribes in very poor villages. He also did great work preparing for the pastors conference in Telenga, India, which was (and still is) in the plan of our aims. I appreciate his work for the Lord and this ministry he was a part of at the end of his life. He served his last years in CPMI. He will be one of the names in the history of CPMI India that should not be forgotten while serving as a forerunner there for us. I am very sad I could not meet him personally, and he left before we met in India face to face, not only through video talks, but also we could personally shake hands together. God know his servants and their works, so no single step in the ministry and the love to the Lord will be without his eternal reward. We will drink together in the kingdom, and I also hope that his ministry and seed in the Lord will bring fruit to India in the future."  (Jiří Joel Krupa)
